Envision your library based on your mission. • Apply your mission to determine your goals for the future. • Are there aspects of the library program that have not kept pace with best practices in school libraries? • How can you state your goals to be the best library for your specific mission? Re-envision library program and/or facility needs. • Using a consultant-led process, reconsider everything about your current program. What could be better? How could that happen? |
